These sandwiches are perfect for afternoon tea! Refreshing cucumber, dill and creamy avocado and the delicate notes of artichoke complemented by the flavour of tea-smoked chicken. Here’s how to make them!
For the avocado, cucumber and dill sandwiches, spread some mashed ripe avocado on a slice of bread. Add lemon juice to taste and a generous sprinkle of dill. Top with thinly sliced cucumber and cover with another slice of bread -or you could try it as an open sandwich!
For the artichoke and tea-smoked chicken sandwiches, spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on the bread and top with sliced artichoke and finely chopped tea-smoked chicken. Season with freshly milled pepper.
