This healthy and luscious snack is perfect to help you beat the 4pm slump. Light, crunchy popcorn combined with the goodness of matcha and a touch of pure, natural Cornish sea salt.
Mix one teaspoon of Cornish sea salt and one teaspoon of matcha in a small bowl.
Heat up some vegetable oil in a pan on medium-high heat. Add just three or four popcorn kernels and cover with a lid. Once they pop, add the desired quantity of popcorn kernels and remove from the heat.
After half a minute, return the pan to the heat. The kernels will start popping at the same time. Keep shaking the pan gently. Leave the kernels until the popping slows down.
Put your popcorn in a big bowl. Season with the matcha and sea salt mixture to taste, until the popcorn is coated evenly. Enjoy!
