• 1 measure of Yunnan Cloud, our incredibly sweet black tea from China, with hints of baked sweet potato and raisins. 
• Three slices of dessicated apple. We’ve sliced and slow-baked ours. 
• Cinnamon quill. 
• A sixth of a vanilla pod. 
• Grated nutmeg
• Three black peppercorns

Leave it to infuse for three minutes… guaranteed to protect you against the evil spirits!
