Keep cool with Kenyan Tea!
Mix up a delicious jug of peach Kenyan iced tea in a matter of minutes to keep you feeling refreshed in the summer heat. Both Kenyan tea and peaches are great sources of antioxidants and vitamins, and the peaches add natural sweetness, so you won’t even need to add sugar! Good news when the beach is in sight!
All you’ll need is 8 Kenyan tea bags, 4 peaches, and water
Brew your Kenyan teabags in 4 cups of boiling water for 5 minutes.
Remove the teabags and let the tea cool.
Peel the peaches, remove the stone and puree in a blender, or if you don’t have a blender just use a sieve!
Combine the peach puree and Kenyan tea and add 2 cups of cold water. Place in the fridge until chilled and serve over crushed ice.
And why not hold on to those 8 used tea bags. Kenyan teabags can help to soothe sunburnt skin and take away that sunburn sting. Simply place the cooled teabags on sore spots, lie back and let Kenyan tea work its magic!
